This work shirt has a pocket logo design above the left pocket and a full size design on the back of the shirt. An optional add on is to have the left pocket personalized with your name. To order that option, you must select the personalized size you need, fill out your name the way you would like it spelled in the personalization text box and proof the mockup to make sure it is how you would like it before you place your order.
